Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions is like a contract between Not Just Cakes LLC and our customers.  Please take the time to read before placing your order. 

BUSINESS HOURS- Monday-Friday from 10:00am-5:00pm & Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm CST.  There will be no orders taken during the days I'm closed.  No response to emails, voicemails, Facebook/IG or the website.  We will get in touch with you during normal business hours. (Please allow 24-48 hours for a response).

RUSH ORDERS- Placed by phone ONLY during business hours.  There's an additional fee of $50.00 will be added to the original order amount.  Your order will be paid in full at the time of placing the order.  Rush ordering is considered the week of placing an order.  (PICKUP ONLY & NO CUSTOM ORDERS)

ORDERING- All orders are to be PAID IN FULL at the time of placing an order NO EXCEPTIONS

Ordering at the earliest is one month an advance.  (EX: if you'd like to place an order in September, the availability calendar on the website will be open on August 1, 2022.)    Upon completing your order at check out, since I book out one month in advance, if your date isn't listed in the PREFERRED PICKUP TIME drop down box, please select any date in the drop-down box & input the date requested & pickup time in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS Box. (PLEASE MAKE SURE THE DATE YOUR REQUESTING IS AVAILABLE.)  Also include the theme your wanting, colors etc. in this area as well.  If you select a date that is already booked, your order will be automatically cancelled, you will receive a refund that will take 3-5 business days to be reimbursed to you.

NO REFUNDS-  If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I will try to accommodate your new date if it's available but there are NO REFUNDS GIVEN.

ORDER PICKUP- During transport, your cake/treats must be placed on a flat surface.  The area should be steady, secure, cool & well ventilated.  It's encouraged that you place your cake/treats on the vehicle floor with no heat directed towards your order.  There should be no other items stacked on the treats as it can alter the esthetics of your decor.

DELIVERY- The delivery fee is $10.00-$15.00 per order depending on the traveling distance. 

 Free deliveries are offered only for orders over $175.00 or more. if delivering please include the street address & time in the Special Instructions Box at the time of checkout.  

STORAGE-All treat items are to be in a cool well-ventilated area with no direct sunlight. All cake orders are to be stored in the refrigerator until you setup your event. Outside events are not encourage, please be cautious that temperature & humidity can drastically affect the esthetics of your treats & decor.  Not Just Cakes LLC is not responsible for any damage, manipulation or negligence of your treat/cake orders once the items are in your care.   

Not Just Cakes LLC is NOT responsible for the setup of your cake/treats, trays, cake stands/stands, and/or display equipment for your treat table.  Not Just Cakes LLC provides cakes/treats ONLY.
